1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@nestroo.website with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the damage to support@nestroo.website, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (as processing times vary).
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@nestroo.website for further assistance.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, contact our support team before sending it back to ensure availability.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
